Anthony is president of Appraisal Systems LLC. With over 35 years of experience, he has appraised commercial, industrial, and special purpose properties throughout the midwest. Mr. Uzemack is a National Certified USPAP instructor for the Appraisal Foundation and an instructor for the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Uzemack is an appointed member of the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations, Real Estate Appraisal Administration and Disciplinary Board. In 2012, Mr. Uzemack was awarded the Heritage Award on behalf of the Chicago Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, for his continuous dedicated service during the past years in the advancement of the Chicago Chapter and the Appraisal Profession. He was awarded the John E. Shanahan award for excellence in teaching, and was honored into the Instructor Hall of Fame in 2007 by the Chicago Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
